CommerceV3 is proud to announce our 2010 User Conference that will be held on March 22nd-24th, 2010. Last year's conference was a huge success and I believe it is safe to say that everyone went home with more ideas than they expected. During the conference you will learn about CV3, marketing with CV3, general business education and even meet some of our vendor partners. In addition to learning more about CV3 and all it has to offer, there will also be many opportunities for conversation and fellowship. We have increased the available seats this year to 75 for conference attendees and we will sell out again this year. Be sure to register for the event early and save $100.00!

After last year's conference we sent out surveys to all attendees and they had a few suggestions that we have incorporated into this year's schedule. I am confident that 2010 will be bigger, better, and more productive for everyone. As we solidify the schedule (see below) you will see that this is a can't miss event. One of the suggestions was more opportunity for "power users" to talk about how they use CV3. So, we have added a combined session on Wednesday that will feature a panel of users that will talk about their businesses and how they leverage CV3 and other technologies. The conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency on Savannah's Historic River Street. If you have never visited our great city, you will want to be sure to plan some extra time to enjoy the history and beauty it has to offer. One complaint last year was the the Internet in the guest rooms was a fee service. So, this year we have negotiated with the hotel and that service is now FREE to all conference guests.

The conference will have several topics that were very popular last year. Each of these sessions were heavily attended and well received. They will be updated and revised so attending them again will provide new content. Some of those sessions are:

• Reporting in CV3
• Email Marketing
• Customer Management and Promotions
• Search Engine Optimization

In addition, we are bringing you new sessions based on feedback. Some of these include:

• Using Data Feeds and Exports
• Improving Customer Retention and Conversion
• Marketing With Incentive Programs
• Data Mining Solutions and Address Integrity

Our goal is to learn and evolve every year to bring you the best content presented by knowledgeable experts so you never go home disappointed.

The conference will also see the return of our Feature Planning session. Blake and I have dedicated development time to you! We will have a session called 2010 Feature Planning and you should 100% attend. We will be listening to you and talking about what changes or additions you want to see from CV3 in 2010/2011. We make sure that every attendee will have a chance to offer something to the discussion. Once we have all of the features, we will decide as a group how important each feature is to the community and then we will allocate the reserved time for the most popular features before the next User Conference. This is an excellent way for you to ensure that CV3 continues to grow and fit your needs. Last year we selected 22 features from the session that we scheduled for development. By the end of the year we will have 10 of those feature live with 6-8 more coming in January. This session is a HUGE opportunity to be heard.

Tuesday evening we have a special event that we invite you to attend. Join us for dinner at Paula Deen and her boys very popular restaurant, Lady & Sons. The evening will begin at 6:30 with a full southern buffet at 7:00. After dinner you can go walk River Street, visit City Market or walk the historic district. Since our local treasure was discovered by the rest of the world, this restaurant has become a "must do" for every visitor to our city. Advanced registration is required for this event because we will have to limit attendance (due to space) to 85 people but the dinner is free of charge to you.

One final addition this year will be an intensive training day. If you would like to spend 8 hours going through CV3 from cover to cover, Monday is for you! Christina and her staff will be walking everyone through the entire application to talk about what is new, what is new to you, and what you forgot so it's new again. If you have new employees or are just looking for a massive refresher course, you should join us a day early. Meals will be provided so you can take advantage of every minute.

The User Conference is only $600.00 per attendee. This includes all sessions, meals, and conference materials. The training day is an additional 200.00 respectively now included in your registration. The hotel has a block of rooms reserved under 'CommerceV3' at a rate of $169.00. When looking into travel accommodations, you will fly directly into the Savannah International Airport and a taxi ride is only 10-15 minutes to the Hyatt. There are also several options for rental cars if you want to get out and explore.
