CommerceV3 is a great e-commerce platform, and it’s also a great place to work. Like the platform, the entire company is web-based, meaning everyone works from a space of their own choosing. It’s good for the environment and it helps us get more done, faster! We come together for user group conferences, on-site work sessions, camping trips and the occasional paintball massacre. We also interact daily via video conferences, conference calls and instant messaging. It’s a “do-it-yourself” culture that’s not for everyone, but if you are a self-starter and proficient with web-based communication tools, it could be for you!
