Can I review all of the product reviews on my site in a report at one location?

Unfortunately there is not a function that allows you to look at all of the reviews that are posted on the site in a report or in one place.

You do have to review the reviews by product.

This would be a great feature if you could make it work. We often like to include customer comments in our catalogs/publications, but the only way to find them is to dig through our site, product by product. We try to print reviews as we get them, but it doesn't always happen. It would be great if we could pull a report or see them in product export. Just my 2 cents! Thanks!

You can at least search for products that have Product Reviews.

Inventory -> Product Search -> Select Product Type -> {choose 'has reviews' from dropdown}

This will at least pull a list of all products that have Product Reviews. So, this may help you, Ashley.

If you select the option under Other Options on that same Product search page labeled 'Save search results in a downloadable file (csv)' this would then give you an export of the products that have Product Reviews. This still doesn't include the reviews themselves, but a step closer.

You can add the request to User Voice to try to drum up some votes to get this added as a Feature.
