(SAVANNAH, GA and PENSACOLA, FL) CommerceV3 (CV3) is pleased to announce that Tim Parry, senior content manager for Multichannel Merchant, will give a much-anticipated talk about maximizing a multichannel approach to eCommerce at its annual CV3 User Conference in Orlando, FL, on Tuesday, March 20, 2012, at 1:30pm in the Hilton Orlando.
Entitled “Going Cross-Channel in a Multichannel World,” Mr. Parry’s session will address why direct merchants need to embrace cross-channel marketing, and how retailers can connect those channels to provide a seamless customer experience. Mr. Parry will discuss several real-world examples of leading merchants who have synchronized multiple channels–such as email, print, social, mobile and eCommerce–and why, as a result, they are winning the game as cross-channel merchants.
Tim Parry joined Multichannel Merchant as senior writer in January 2006, and was promoted to his current position in November 2011. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the magazine, MultichannelMerchant.com, and the i-merchant, O+F Advisor and MCM Weekly e-newsletters, and oversees Multichannel Merchant’s social media efforts. Mr. Parry has spoken at several industry events and has also appeared on FOX Business News.
