Select [Wholesalers] then [enter] then [Search Wholesalers] then [enter].
The search wholesalers tool gives you the ability to locate your wholesalers with a variety of options and perform additional functions as well.
Search by: Allows you to search wholesalers by company name, email address, contact last name, and state. The additional choices allow you to limit the search to show only active, show only inactive or to show only new requests.
Search for: Enter the information in the box provided for the search by criteria you have selected.
Modify List: After the search information is entered select [modify list] to process.
Edit: Select edit to make changes to the wholesaler information.
Check here to make this company an active wholesaler: Checking this box will make the listed company an active wholesaler.
First Name: Enter the first name of the wholesaler you are editing in the box provided.
Last Name: Enter the last name for the wholesaler you are editing in the box provided.
Company: Enter the company name for the wholesaler you are editing in the box provided.
Address: Enter the billing address for the wholesaler you are editing in the box provided.
City: Enter the billing city for the wholesaler you are editing in the box provided.
State: Enter the billing state for the wholesaler you are editing from the drop down box provided.
Postal Code: Enter the billing zip for the wholesaler you are editing in the box provided.
Email Address: Enter the email for the wholesaler you are editing in the box provided.
Phone: Enter the phone number for the wholesaler you are editing in the box provided.
Fax: Enter the fax number for the wholesaler you are editing in the box provided.
Shipping Address: Residential or Commercial choose the button that represents the actual shipping address as a residence or as a commercial building.
Company: Enter the company name for the wholesaler you are editing in the box provided.
Address: Enter the shipping address for the wholesaler you are editing in the box provided.
City: Enter the shipping city for the wholesaler you are editing in the box provided.
State: Enter the shipping state for the wholesaler you are editing from the drop down box provided.
Postal Code: Enter the shipping zip for the wholesaler you are editing in the box provided.
Class Of Business: Select the business type proprietorship, partnership, corporation.
Corporation Name: Enter the corporation name in the box provided.
State Resale Tax Number: Enter the wholesalers resale tax number in the box provided.
New Owner: Select the box for yes.
Purchase Date: Enter the date the new owner purchased the wholesale business in the box provided.
Length of Time in Business: Enter the numeric number of years in the box provided.
Business Year: Select if the business is seasonal or year round.
Type Of Business: Enter the type of wholesale business.
